Cell phone camera pic enlargement?

I took a picture a few days ago with a cell phone camera. I then sent it to my own phone, which isn't a camera phone, and from there, I sent it to my email. And from there, I saved it to my computer as a .jpg file. But, the picture is really small, and I was wondering if there is any way to enlarge the picture, and keep some semblance of quality. Any ideas?
